- With more than 20 years of experience, Ítalo Brilha is a Valuation & Business Modeling partner at Cosmos Advisors and has worked consulting and corporate finance in the context of transactions and valuation of assets and businesses.
- In the last 20 years he has held leadership positions in international consultancies (Deloitte, EY and Mazars), providing valuation services to meet accounting, tax and regulatory requirements, such as Valuation of companies and intangible assets, Purchase Price Allocation – PPA, Impairment Test, among others.
- Throughout his career has developed extensive experience in various sectors such as: financial services, ports, health, technology, agribusiness, among others.
- Bachelor of Business Administration from UNG e MBA in Finance Management from FGV. He is certified by American Society of Appraisers (ASA) – BV 201 and BV 202.
