We do not offer, promise or accept improper advantages, directly or indirectly, under any circumstances. We comply with Brazilian Law 12,846/2013 and the anti-corruption legislation applicable in the jurisdictions where we work with international clients.
We screen for conflicts before accepting each engagement. We do not advise parties with opposing interests in the same transaction without informed consent, and our fees never condition the technical conclusion of a piece of work.
Much of what we do is under contractual confidentiality. Client and transaction information is restricted to the project team, and our track record is presented in anonymised form unless expressly authorised.
Partners, correspondents and suppliers who take part in our work are selected on integrity criteria and are bound by the same standards of conduct and confidentiality we adopt internally.
