The channel is open both to internal stakeholders, partners and staff, and to clients, suppliers, partners and any external person aware of a relevant fact.
Situations such as fraud, corruption, conflicts of interest, harassment, discrimination, breaches of legal or regulatory rules, non-compliance with internal policies and any other conduct contrary to the firm's ethical principles may be reported.
All reports are handled confidentially by the Compliance team. Cosmos Advisors does not tolerate any form of retaliation against those who use the channel in good faith.
