How we handle personal data
Identification and contact details provided in forms, proposals and contracts; candidate data in recruitment; and data contained in documents clients entrust to us to perform our work — such as due diligence, payroll and accounting.
We process data to perform contracts and proposals, meet legal and regulatory obligations, respond to requests and, where applicable, on the basis of consent or legitimate interest — always limited to the stated purpose.
We share data only with processors necessary to deliver the service (such as technology providers and correspondents), with authorities where required by law, and with third parties in transactions on the client's instruction. We do not sell personal data.
We keep data for as long as needed for the purpose and applicable legal periods, with access restricted to each project team, protected environments and secure disposal at the end of the relationship or applicable period.
You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation, portability, deletion and information about sharing, and withdraw consent. We respond within the deadlines set by the LGPD.
